    Mr Hill, who attended the Molong Fairbridge farm school from to , is conducting a series of interviews of former Fairbridge students across the country in an effort to help write a book. Eight-year-old Herbert Ernest’s fate was sealed after he set fire to the kitchen at home while frying an egg.
